Account Manager for our Production Partners

We’re on the lookout for an inspiring and driven Account Manager to manage our 5 existing print service providers, as well as find and onboard new ones around the world. This position is directly reporting to our CFO.

➤ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage relationships with our five production partners across Germany, the UK, Australia, and the US

• Identify, test, and onboard new production partners to support our international growth

• Negotiate pricing with both existing and new production partners

• Analyze and calculate business cases for potential new products or add-ons in collaboration with our production partners, and present findings to C-Level

• Lead the project management of new product launches in close cooperation with the Journi team

• Act as the main link between our production partners and the entire Journi team

• Establish and maintain regular reporting and communication with production partners

• Monitor performance of production partners and proactively address any issues

• Provide and track volume forecasts for our products

• Organize and coordinate partner meet-ups in Vienna or on-site at production facilities

➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

• At least 3 years of experience in a production company as an Account Manager or Controller

• You’re great with numbers – comfortable with rough plausibility checks, big-picture estimates, and handling uncertainty in forecasting

• Solid understanding of production processes and process controlling

• Skilled in negotiating with partners, especially when it comes to pricing

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively

• Proficient in Excel and working with data

• Enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships with partners

➤ NICE-TO-HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!)

• Experience in the printing/photo book industry

• Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI)

• Experience in a growing, fast moving business

• German as native language
