UGC Partnerships Manager

We’re looking for a goal-driven communicator to join our marketing team and help provide new UGC content to fuel our advertising campaigns across Europe, the US, and Australia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll understand and meet our advertising needs by establishing partnerships with UGC creators across a number of key markets such as the US, Germany, and France

• You’ll manage our inbound requests to collaborate, actively responding to Instagram DMs and evaluating responses to our application form

• Think like a user and understand our target audience in order to select fitting UGC creators

• Negotiate rates, set up contracts with creators and manage invoices

• Manage the feedback loop with partners to ensure we get quality and appropriate content

• Coordinate with the advertising team to understand what content is and isn’t working and why, and applying the learnings to the selection of future creators and content

• Additionally, you’ll help edit photo books from within our community for marketing use

WHO YOU ARE (MUST-HAVES)

• Available for 20 hours per week

• Demonstrable interest in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and user-generated content

• You’re drowning in common sense and have the confidence to act on it

• You’re constantly learning, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed - we want to grow not just as a company, but as individuals!

• You’re comfortable taking responsibility and want to join a company where you can make an impact.

• You’re a team player and can work towards company-wide goals.

IDEALLY, YOU ALSO HAVE... (NICE-TO-HAVES)

• Previous experience in advertising and/or in start-ups

• Multiple languages are always useful, especially in an international team such as ours and which operates across Europe, the US, and Australia.
