Senior CRM Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Manager to help us take our team to the next level!

As a senior CRM Manager at Journi, you’ll be working within our marketing department to create engaging B2C marketing campaigns. Your audience? Over 6 million users worldwide! Within the CRM team your focus will be strategizing key flows of the user life cycle and bringing them to the next level with a hands-on approach and the help of analytics to guide you. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take ownership of strategy and analytics for key multi-channel CRM campaigns in multiple markets (email newsletters, push notifications, in-app messages, etc)

• Write text, coordinate content and set up campaigns in Iterable, ensuring they are sent out successfully and error-free

• Use analytics to provide key insights to the team about our most important markets

• Enhance our personalization and localization efforts by using templating syntax to create professional emails with less setup overhead

• Identify and address gaps in our customer lifecycle to increase everything from first-time buyers to improving user retention

• Set up and manage A/B tests to continuously improve campaigns and provide analytical insights to the team

• Share knowledge with the team about email best practices, from design to deliverability

YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

• 4+ years of experience as a CRM Manager for a B2C audience

• Experience running B2C campaigns for a global audience

• Proven ability to use analytics to drive insights and improve campaigns

• Proficiency with CRM tools like Iterable, Braze, or similar

• Experience in adding app events, profile attributes and customer data to a CRM tool

• Experience with performance tracking or analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau)

IDEALLY, YOU ALSO HAVE... (NICE-TO-HAVES)

• Experience with project management and documentation tools like Asana and Confluence

• Experience working in eCommerce

• Experience with HTML, CSS or scripting languages found in email/marketing tools

• Working in a small team in a startup environment
