As a Product Manager with UI/UX experience at Journi, you'll be working on the core of our product. The Editors is our largest cross-functional team, with iOS, Android, Web, multiple Backend + ML engineers, along with the QA and UI/UX support. We focus on delivering beautiful print products you can buy with one tap, but with a range of intuitive customization tools developed and improved based on user feedback. ➤ WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work full time (38.5 h/w) and be part of a passionate, motivated and international team with a start-up spirit
Take on a leading role as a Product Manager in Journi’s largest cross-functional team, driving the development of intuitive and powerful editing tools that bring photobooks, calendars, and prints to life.
Know all our products by heart as well as our competitors
Be part of our OKR process and help define reachable key results & product milestones with other managers in the company
Draft new features or improve existing ones based on:
customer problems, market research and data
company needs: goals & vision
Plan & document those features/experiments
Act as the key driver of the product vision, ensuring that it is clearly communicated visually across the team.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product's user interface aligns with the overall vision and user needs
Gather technical requirements and estimate efforts together with a cross functional team or tech managers
Ensure & support the successful execution of the product implementation, report about the project status & analyse the outcome
➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS
Passionate about mobile & web technology, with a strong interest in photo, printing, and blogging apps.
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with project management responsibilities or in a digital product management role.
Proven track record of successfully developed design projects, apps, or products (portfolio and/or project links).
Proficient in design & management tools like Figma (or similar).
Strong leadership skills, able to manage multiple projects while keeping a big-picture perspective.
Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable with public speaking.
EU citizen or holder of a valid Austrian work visa (unfortunately, we cannot support non-EU applicants for this position).
Based in or willing to relocate to Vienna - the world’s most liveable city!

Cross-platform design experiences: Web, Responsive Web, Android, iOS
Familiar with creating and maintaining a component design system
Experience with market research techniques, customer development etc.
