    QA Specialist

    We’re looking for a QA Specialist to join our team and help us deliver high-quality mobile, web, and backend products. You’ll play a key role in shaping our QA processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient testing at every stage of development.


    ➤ WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support the entire quality assurance process for mobile, web and backend.

    • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.

    • Perform exploratory, regression and release testing across multiple platforms. 

    • Ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined and testable.

    • Organize and promote team-driven testing sessions.

    • Identify, document, and triage bugs with Product Managers.

    • Advocate for monitoring improvements and continuous process enhancements.

    • Stay ahead of industry best practices and enhance QA methodologies.


    ➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

    • 3+ years of experience as a QA Specialist, Software Tester, or similar role.

    • Experience in creating test strategies, writing test plans, and ensuring product quality.

    • Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify bugs or issues.

    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    • A proactive mindset - taking ownership and driving improvements.

    • Passion for continuous learning and growth.

    • Must be based in Vienna or willing to relocate (we promise, it’s worth it - Vienna is ranked the world's most livable city!).

    • EU citizenship or a valid Austrian work visa (unfortunately, we can’t sponsor non-EU applicants for this role).


    ➤ NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience with API testing tools

    • Experience with performance and security testing.

    • Experience with automated testing

    • Knowledge of UI/UX, common designs and navigation patterns, accessibility, and willingness to cooperate with designers to assert the best user experience
